Oct. 12th, 2003. It's a lawful social organization established in according with the formal ratifying of Civil Administration
Department of P. R. China by right of the authorized document of Civil Incorporation Registration 162nd, [2003] 163
approved on June 15th, 2003. And we intend to running as an off-profit construction machinery industry organization
in China, consisted with various of business dealers, distributor corporations, sales companies limited and other
enterprises or society compositions of their own accord.
What our concerned intention refers to serving the D. C. C. C. M members and government management divisions
relevant; offering promotions for construction machines’ market trade organizing, assorting, information linking and
professional consultant, etc. Furthermore, we engage in developing international co-operations and communications
about the construction machinery business between our China members, foreign companies or committees oversea
in the special territory above mentioned. To actuating trade to getting in prosperity and growth for these dealers and
distributors, including Chinese members, international partners and incorporations, approaches to be D. C. C. C. M
